Prosodie provides an extensive range of offers centred around 6 areas of expertise, voice solutions, infomanagement, telecoms, e-commerce, safety, and online payment.
Not all the Prosodie offers extend to all the countries in which the Group is established. Each offer is adapted to the local market, some, such as the customer contact solutions, are commercialised in all the countries, while others, such as the distribution of information to the general public (i.e. B to C), are specific to the French market.

This branch has been the core of the Group’s activity for the past 20 years. Customer contact solutions use an interactive voice server for basic voice services, plus a CTI for redirecting calls to virtual or real call centres. This offer is proposed in France, Spain, the USA and Canada.
Prosodie offers integrated voice solutions via a proprietary technology, Siatvox, which also uses the voice recognition software available on the market (Nuance, Speechwork, Telisma etc). This offer is available in Spain only.
Prosodie has developed a common e-commerce platform for France and the USA using the best solutions and proprietary technologies on the market. This solution integrates hosting, online payment, service operation and referencing.
The expertise that Prosodie has built up over more than 10 years in management of prepaid phone cards for French mobile phone operators has enabled it to develop a gift card offer for distribution brands. This offer is well established on the French market and was launched on the Spanish market midway through 2006.
Thanks to over 20 years’ worth of experience in IT and telecommunications, Prosodie provides Centrex IP mutualised hosting solutions or IPBX dedicated hosting services. Currently this offer is only available on the French market but is likely to be developed in other countries.
Prosodie acts as operator and administrator for professional applications, e-commerce applications, intranet, extranet or company portals for large accounts that outsource all or part of their information systems. It also provides third party application maintenance. This offer is available in France and, since August 2006, in Spain.
Thanks to its L 34.1 license, Prosodie has acquired official operator status in France. It offers a wide choice of non-geographic numbers and a ‘numérosfil’ offer for all price ranges from freephone ‘gratuitfil’ numbers through to ‘qualifil’ high price range overtaxed numbers. This offer is specific to the French market.
Prosodie offers services for rapidly alerting a specific audience using all the communication means available (fixed and mobile phones, SMS, e-mail, fax, PDA, etc.). This offer is commercialised in France and the USA and is directed at local authorities, schools and universities, emergency services (police, fire brigade), and medical services (hospitals).
Thanks to its subsidiary nCryptone, Prosodie provides an offer of authentication via nC AudioCard, nC Displaycard and nC Server technology. The agreement concluded with Incard allows it to cover the French and the American market.
Thanks to its Prosodie Info operating unit, the Group offers the public 3 types of information service, the weather forecast through the brands METEO CONSULT and LA CHAINE METEO, horse racing results through GENYcourses and exam results through France-examen.
