The Prosodie group, located in four countries, operates on two types of market, namely consumer information or BtoC and business services or BtoB.
The first market covers BtoB. This is where Prosodie targets major businesses in the private and public sector that, due to a large number of customers and users, have extensive needs in customer relations and use external service providers such as Prosodie to outsource the management of their online customer relations or critical applications from their information systems, freeing them up to concentrate on their core activities.
Prosodie leverages expertise in 6 fields to help these major clients improve their customer relations, namely facilities management, voice, online payments (post- and pre-payment), security, telecoms and e-commerce.
These expertises are highly complementary and are often interlinked.
The group provides a complete chain of online services for the second market, from the gathering of raw information, its adaptation to the end terminal (telephone, computer, fax and Minitel) and hosting on its platforms to the promotion of consumer services (advertising campaigns on traditional media - TV, radio, written press and direct marketing to targeted groups).
This market is catered for by Prosodie Info, which distributes horse racing, weather and exam information through GENYcourses, METEO CONSULT, LA CHAINE METEO and France-examen brands.
