| George Harvie: President Prior to joining Prosodie, Mr. Harvie served as senior director of Interactive Voice Response International Business, for a major telecommunications company in Canada. During his tenure, George managed all aspects of business acquisition, technology development and customer services. Previously, as a senior manager of a major Canadian bank, he played a key role in the development of commercial business during a fourteen-year period. George received many awards for organizational accomplishments and excellence in client services. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance from the University of Alberta.

| Ross Krisel : Director of Marketing As the Marketing Director, Ross Krisel is responsible for over seeing all aspects of marketing and communication for the company's various business units. Mr. Krisel has over 14 Years experience leading sales and marketing efforts in the Telecommunication Industry with such companies as Qwest Communications and Intermedia Communications. Mr. Krisel spent 6 years building a successful ISP and Collocation facility in Florida where he served for 4 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
